Customized Products
Products that are customized, printed, or engraved with logos, names, or designs cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect or printing error caused by us.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled under the following conditions:
- Before printing or customization begins
- Before the product has been shipped
Once the product has been printed, customized, or shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
Shipping Damage
If a product is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item.
We will arrange a replacement or appropriate solution.
B2B & Bulk Orders
For corporate or bulk orders, a down payment may be required before production begins.
These orders may have specific terms depending on the agreement with the client.
